We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and driven Store Manager to join our growing auto parts team. If you have a passion for leading others, driving growth, and increasing profits, and have a background in automotive, fleet, heavy equipment, dealership, or retail industry, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

This role is ideal if you:

• Love retail
• Can demonstrate true leadership with vision, collaboration, trust, respect, and effectiveness while operating a market-leading NAPA store
• Know how to take full responsibility for P&L, map out initiatives, and solve roadblock issues

Responsibilities

• Identify new customers and revenue opportunities
• Operate efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment
• Assist outside sales in developing and maintaining wholesale accounts
• Build and develop an engaged team to deliver excellent customer service and business results
• Continuously improve processes and procedures
• Protect store assets and ensure safety and appearance standards

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Passion for customer care and building long-term relationships
• Knowledge of inventory control, stocking, and seasonal shifts (a plus)
• Self-motivated with a drive to achieve business goals
• Customer-focused with high energy
• Ability to operate a cash register and navigate computer systems
• Experience or passion in automotive, heavy equipment, or related industries (preferred)
