As Store Manager, a lot of responsibility will rest on your shoulders. You’ll lead the charge in every aspect of your store’s day-to-day operations and plans for future success, and you’ll be the one person ultimately accountable for setting the standard for best in the world customer experiences, top-notch employee performance, and budget-beating sales. This is a job for someone who loves people, cares about making the world a better place, and knows how to run a show. It requires strong leadership skills and the ability to build up the people around you. You’ll be a mentor, a leader, and an inspiration—and you’ll do it all while having a whole lot of fun. Your goal is to run not only a successful shop, but a shop that’s the best for your community, your customers, and your employees. You will have the opportunity to change people’s lives!
Drive sales by leading from the floor, providing incredible hospitality, and being one of the top two performing salespeople. Support financial goals through participating in the annual budgeting process, financial reviews, and team coaching.
Lead training across all key areas and validate through observation, role-play, and tools like Trek U. Host bi-weekly leadership meetings with your leadership team and directly responsible individuals (DRIs) to review performance and plan ahead.
Maintain an organized, shopper-friendly store with strong merchandising and displays. Oversee store operations including inventory management, supply management, and QuickBooks exports.
Manage hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and team development. Support all HR processes including discipline and team engagement.
You’ve got a solid handle on retail fundamentals—think KPIs, profit & loss statements, budgets—the numbers that keep a store thriving.
You’ve led a team for at least a year and know how to coach, inspire, and bring out the best in people.
You’ve spent at least 2 years in the retail world.
From inventory and merchandising to payroll, scheduling, and customer service—you’ve done it all and can juggle these pieces like a pro.
You believe bikes make the world better! Whether you’re a daily commuter, weekend warrior, or just love helping others discover cycling, you bring the fuel.
You’re quick on your feet and great at figuring things out—even when the path isn’t totally clear.
You know how to keep it clear, real, and respectful—whether it’s over email, in a team huddle, or helping a customer find their perfect ride.
Retail moves fast, and you’re cool with that. You’re flexible, resourceful, and ready to roll with whatever comes your way.
Annual Salary $65,000.00 - $75,000.00
