ABOUT THE ROLE

A store manageroversees a retail store's daily operations, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service, while also striving to achieve sales targets and maintain profitability.This position often requires working non-traditional hours (evenings, weekends, and holidays) to successfully meet customers’ needs. The successful candidate will play a key role in continuously increasing sales volume and revenue. This position will require up to 25% travel.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years’ experience in retail operations or new store opening management; experience in the food industry preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing a team and driving results
• College degree and/or equivalent experience required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Point of Sales (POS) system.
• Background and credit check required.
