Job summary

Halco Group operates Midas Auto Service & Tire stores and is seeking a motivated Store Manager to lead a busy service center in Southfield, MI. You will oversee daily operations, drive sales performance, and ensure customer satisfaction while developing a high-performing team.

In this role you will coach Service Advisors and Technicians, manage workflow and repair orders, and strive for profitability and safety. A proven automotive background and strong leadership are essential to success.
