Job summary

Halco Group, operating several high-performing Midas locations, is seeking a motivated Store Manager in Southfield, MI to lead one of our busy automotive service centers. You will drive sales, profitability, workflow, customer satisfaction, and team development.

In this role you will coach Service Advisors and Technicians, manage repair orders and communications, control expenses, and maintain a safe, clean environment while upholding shop standards. Competitive pay with bonuses offered.

The pay range for this role is:

90,000 - 160,000 USD per year (Southfield)
