SmartStop Self Storage, Inc. in Shawnee, OK is seeking a full-time Store Manager to run the day-to-day operations at Store #1415. You will lead leasing, rentals, payments, and customer service while ensuring a clean and secure facility.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of property management, retail, or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of a self-storage facility.
• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and prospective customers.
• Handle leasing, rentals, collections, and account management.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and state/federal regulations.
• Ensure the property is clean, secure, and well-maintained.
• Perform light maintenance and operational tasks as needed.
