Job summary

Genuine Parts Company is seeking an experienced Store Manager for our NAPA auto parts team in a busy retail setting. You will lead a crew, drive revenue, and oversee P&L while cultivating customer satisfaction and strong wholesale relationships.

The role emphasizes leadership, ownership of store performance, and a focus on safety and store appearance in a high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Passion for delivering customer care and building long-term relationships.
• Knowledge of inventory controls, stocking levels and seasonal shifts.
• Personal drive, self-motivation and initiative to accomplish business goals.
• Customer focus and high energy in fast-paced stores.
• Ability to operate a cash register and navigate computer and paper catalog systems.
• Passion for delivering customer care in a strong team environment.
• ASE Certifications (preferred).
