• Act as a brand representative reflective of the company values; partners with the Visual Merchandising Manager and Leadership Team on the creation of an engaging visual experience
• Leads and supports the team to elevate every aspect of the store experience through omni channel capabilities
• Cultivates a welcoming and inclusive environment by being highly focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Builds a succession plan for engaging and retaining a diverse team
• Provides timely and specific employee feedback to create a culture of action and accountability
• Oversees and collaborates with key partners to uphold daily operating procedures
• Assesses global business and product sell-through to identify business success and opportunities for the store
• Promotes an inclusive environment by representing and amplifying all voices

Requirements
