Our client, a leading retail brand, is seeking a Store Manager to join their team. As a Store Manager, you will be part of the retail operations supporting a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to develop talent, which will align successfully with the organization.

Job Title: Store Manager

Location: Santa Clara, CA

Pay Range: 75,000

What's the Job?

  • Lead overall store performance and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Act as a brand ambassador by sharing your passion for the brand and educating customers.
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop both internal and external talent effectively.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve complaints professionally.
  • Manage daily store operations and ensure compliance with visual standards.

What's Needed?
  • At least two years of experience in a retail leadership position.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to lift or move at least 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • Fluent in English; bilingual in Chinese or Spanish is a plus.
  • Open availability to work full-time, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
