Job summary

McDonald's is seeking a General Manager for a company-owned and independent franchise restaurant. You will lead restaurant operations, drive profitability, and ensure quality, service, and cleanliness standards are met daily.

In this role you will develop teams, manage schedules, and work closely with leaders to set and achieve goals, while delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.
