Job summary

NAPA Richmond store seeks an experienced Store Manager to lead our auto parts team and own P&L. You will set business initiatives, drive revenue, and ensure top-notch customer care in a fast-paced environment.

Lead a capable crew, grow wholesale relationships, ensure safety and appearance of the store, and foster long-term customer connections. Competitive salary around $57,000 with strong benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Passion for delivering customer care and building relationships.
• Knowledge of inventory controls and seasonal shifts.
• Experience in parts store or retail management is a plus.
• ASE Certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify new customers and revenue opportunities for the store.
• Shift into a fast-paced retail store environment.
• Help outside sales in identifying, developing and maintaining wholesale accounts.
• Build, guide and develop an engaged crew to deliver customer care and business results.
