Torrid is seeking a Store Manager in Rapid City, SD to lead a team that delivers an outstanding shopping experience and achieves sales and profit goals. You will recruit, train and develop associates, manage scheduling and payroll, and implement merchandising strategies while maintaining an inviting store environment.
The role requires 1–2 years of retail management, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced fashion environment; college degree is a plus.
