BE THE ISLAND GUIDE

• Create a relaxed destination: Lead by example through motivation, supporting the brand’s direction, and communicating the goal of providing an exceptional lifestyle experience for internal and external guests.
• Set the course: Build strong sales and service relationships with guests in all aspects of store operations; consistently role model key sales and service behaviors to create an optimal guest purchase experience.
• Build the perfect oasis: Cultivate a selling culture by achieving sales plans through efficient planning, execution, business analysis, and streamlining store processes to drive profitability.
• Onboard your crew: Foster an environment of open dialogue and learning to coach and develop team members, promoting internal career growth with clear performance expectations.
• Explore possibilities: Use entrepreneurial spirit to seek marketing opportunities within the community to increase brand awareness and store exposure.

ESSENTIALS FOR LIFE IN PARADISE

• 5+ years of retail experience
• 3+ years of management supervision experience
• Exposure to merchandising and visual concepts
• Experience coaching and developing teams
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to analyze reports and identify opportunities for merchandising and presentation improvements
• College Degree in Business or related field
• Willingness to perform other duties necessary to support the business

ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Lift/move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently
• Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling
• Occasional ladder climbing
• Routine standing for up to 8 hours
• Ability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Pay rate varies based on experience, knowledge, skillset, location, and budget.

Rate Range: $57,000 - $80,000/year
