Nati Boutique is looking for a high-energy, results-driven Retail Store Manager to lead our high-volume boutique. This role is perfect for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, drives sales performance, and stays ahead of industry trends. What You’ll Do:
  1. Lead & Drive Sales Performance – Own the store’s financial success, ensuring the team meets and exceeds sales goals through a collaborative selling culture.
  2. Track & Optimize KPIs – Monitor key performance metrics (UPT, SPH, conversion rates, sales targets) and develop action plans to maximize results.
  3. Manage & Develop a High-Performing Team – Recruit, train, and coach Sales Associates, ensuring expert product knowledge and a best-in-class customer experience.
  4. Oversee Scheduling & Staffing – Create and manage efficient team schedules to meet business needs and maintain seamless store operations.
  5. Partner with Inventory Management – Work closely with Inventory Managers to ensure proper stock levels, timely replenishment, and accurate product flow.
  6. Stay on Top of Trends – Keep the owners updated on sales trends, best-selling styles, and emerging fashion movements to drive business strategy.
  7. Engage with the Local Community – Identify and communicate key events in the area that could impact store traffic, and collaborate on ways to boost brand visibility.
  8. Execute Visual & Merchandising Excellence – Implement and adapt visual merchandising strategies while ensuring inventory and pricing updates are executed flawlessly.
  9. Foster a Positive, Fast-Paced Store Culture – Lead by example with high energy, a sales-driven mindset, and strong team engagement.
What You Bring:
  1. Passion for fashion and a drive for SALES! You’re a top seller and motivator in a goal-oriented environment.
  2. 2+ years of retail store management experience in a high-volume fashion retail setting.
  3. Strong leadership, scheduling, and team development skills—you know how to build, coach, and manage a high-performing team.
  4. Proven ability to track and analyze KPIs, strategize based on data, and drive results.
  5. Ability to stay ahead of industry trends and market shifts, bringing valuable insights to leadership.
  6. Tech-savvy with experience using retail systems, inventory management tools, and performance tracking software.
  7. Ability to work 5 days (40 hours) a week, including weekends and some holidays.
  8. Physical requirements: Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and lift/carry up to 50 lbs (inventory management).
