24 Seven Store Manager position in New York, NY is seeking an experienced, customer-focused leader to direct daily operations for a new retail location. This role emphasizes building customer relationships, delivering an engaging in-store experience, and driving sales performance.

The role is Full-Time in New York, with standard store hours and no remote work. You will recruit, train, and coach staff, manage inventory and merchandising, and oversee POS/ecommerce processes including Shopify.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day store operations and ensure a welcoming, efficient customer experience.
• Develop strong customer relationships and build repeat business through personalized service.
• Drive sales performance and support the team in meeting sales goals.
• Promote new arrivals, products, and store initiatives through outreach and social media support.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and coach store staff; conduct regular one-on-one meetings with key team members.
• Partner with operations leadership to oversee inventory accuracy, replenishment, stockroom organization, and daily restocking.
• Identify inventory opportunities, including low-stock items and customer-requested products.
• Maintain high visual merchandising standards on the sales floor and stockroom.
• Plan and execute in-store events to strengthen customer engagement and sales.
• Oversee POS and ecommerce operations, including Shopify-related processes.

We are seeking an experienced, customer-focused Store Manager to lead daily operations for a new retail location. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building customer relationships, and can create an engaging in-store experience while driving sales performance.

Store Hours

• Sunday–Thursday: 11:00 AM–6:00 PM
• Friday–Saturday: 11:00 AM–7:00 PM
