Amare Wear Permanent Jewelry NYC & Events | Jewelry with Intention is seeking a Store Manager for our SoHo location. Key Responsibilities

• Leadership & Team Development.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the store team to achieve sales and customer experience goals.
• Recruit, train, and onboard new team members while maintaining consistent service standards and product knowledge.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable team culture.
• Manage scheduling, shift coverage, performance reviews, and ongoing team development.
• Sales & Customer Experience.
• Drive store sales and exceed performance goals.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable in-store experiences.
• Educate customers about permanent jewelry, gemstones, charms, and the stories behind our collections.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and support the team during peak business hours.
• Operations & Inventory.
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the boutique is clean, organized, and aligned with the Amare Wear brand.
• Manage inventory accuracy, cycle counts, receiving, restocking, and loss prevention.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Permanent Jewelry.
• Perform permanent jewelry welding with precision and confidence.
• Maintain the highest quality standards for all permanent jewelry services.
• Assist customers with welding services and customizations.
• Laser engraving experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience.

• Experience in jewelry, luxury retail, or boutique retail preferred.
• Permanent jewelry welding experience required.
• Strong sales ability with a proven record of meeting or exceeding goals.
