Our client is seeking a Store Manager to lead one of their well-established fine jewelry locations in Western Pennsylvania. This role is ideal for a dynamic retail leader who excels in customer engagement, team motivation, and local business development. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing all store operations, meeting sales goals, and cultivating a loyal customer base through both in-store excellence and community outreach.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales & Leadership
• Lead by example in delivering a high-touch, customer-focused sales experience.
• Achieve monthly store sales targets and support team members in reaching individual goals.
• Foster a team-oriented environment while maintaining accountability.
• Deliver feedback, coaching, and motivation to drive consistent performance.
Store Operations
• Manage scheduling, staffing, and daily store setup and presentation.
• Oversee inventory accuracy, receiving, and POS transactions.
• Address customer concerns and ensure issues are resolved professionally and promptly.
Customer & Community Engagement
• Proactively reach out to existing clients and build new customer relationships through calls, texts, and email follow-up.
• Represent the store at local events and in business organizations (e.g., Chamber of Commerce, country clubs).
• Leverage community engagement to generate foot traffic and elevate brand visibility.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience & Background
• 3+ years of experience in fine jewelry, luxury retail, or a client-facing sales environment.
• Prior store leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Experience managing a small retail team and driving sales through both team and personal performance.
• Background in customer acquisition and community relationship building is a plus.
Preferred Attributes
• Self-starter with a strong sense of accountability and initiative.
• Familiarity with jewelry POS systems (Crystal, Edge, Windsor a plus).
• Approachable, motivated, and collaborative leadership style.
COMPENSATION & STRUCTURE
• Base salary with opportunity for performance-based commission.
• Commission structure based on store
• Full-time, five-day workweek with flexibility, including weekend availability.
• Medical insurance and two weeks paid vacation.
• Relocation assistance may be provided.
