Job summary

Auto Value in Mount Horeb, Wisconsin seeks a Store Manager to lead a passionate team, drive sales, and deliver top-tier customer experiences. You’ll partner with Corporate Management to boost customer relationships and growth, while maintaining store standards and profitability.

In this role you will coach, mentor, and schedule staff, recruit great people, and manage performance. A professional, customer-focused attitude and basic computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle challenges with confidence.
• A professional, customer-focused attitude.
• Basic to intermediate computer skills.
• Previous experience in the automotive parts industry is a plus (training provided!).
• High School Diploma or GED required; some college or management experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
