About the Role:
The Store Manager is a salaried leadership role overseeing all store operations, including General Service Technicians, Technicians, Guest Care Specialists, and Assistant Store Managers. Reporting to the District Manager, the Store Manager is responsible for daily leadership, teammate development, and promoting products and services to guests to support Monro’s vision.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
This role operates in an automotive shop environment with exposure to noise, weather, chemicals, odors, dirt, and dust. Must be able to work flexible hours, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks like standing, walking, reaching, bending, and stooping.
