REIC Rentals is seeking a Store Manager for our Missoula, MT location. Lead a high-performing team of counter sales, service technicians, and operations staff to deliver exceptional customer service, safe operations, and profitable growth.

You will oversee daily store operations, manage budgets and inventory, and drive safety culture while building a top-performing, customer-focused team. This role requires industry experience and a passion for growth.

Requirements

• Proven ability to manage budgets, people, and operations effectively
• Strategic thinker with solid communication and organizational skills
• Comfort with technology and company systems for data, scheduling, and reporting
• Initiative, follow-through, and a passion for customer satisfaction
