Job Summary:

As a Store Manager, you are ultimately responsible for the profitability and day-to-day operations of a 24/7 convenience retail store. Operational oversight includes scheduling, training, leads and develops approximately 20 store associates. You also drive the facility conditions, food service execution, superior customer service, and quality products to meet operational objectives.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Proactively hires to ensure staffing levels are maintained; trains and develops associates providing appropriate support and resources as needed.
  • Promotes an ethical workplace culture of recognition and appreciation based on performance expectations.
  • Drives people and profit through training initiatives that adhere to operational goals and tools provided.
  • Responsible for executing on business objectives and maintaining overall company standards, customer service standards and representing the company brand/image expectations.
  • Drives excellence in Food Service by executing processes, implementing goals to increase sales and margin, product quality, and the utilization of training resources.
  • Ensures and promotes a safe workplace and safe product handling by supporting safety training initiatives and counseling direct reports as necessary.
  • Maintains compliance with legal and regulatory compliance including, but not limited to OSHA, DOL, etc.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 3 or more years of retail, customer service, sales, operations, P&L and/or related experience is required.
  • Management or leading other direct reports highly preferred.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Yes, approximately 20 associates.

Essential Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged standing and walking throughout the assigned shift.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 15 pounds constantly and up to 40 pounds occasionally.
  • Bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling may be occasionally required.
  • May need to work nights, weekends, and holidays on a rotating basis.
  • Ability to perform repetitive movements over long periods of time.
  • Constant state of alertness and ability to perform in a safe manner.

Salary Range: $45,00-55,000
