We’re seeking a Store Manager who will lead the store in achieving sales targets, recruiting, development, and performance management. You should be a retail leader capable of handling various challenges, developing talent, and delivering excellent customer service. Essentially, you’re a superhero in the retail world.

What You'll Do

• Ensure your store meets sales and comparable sales goals.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a passionate and collaborative team.
• Create customer engagement through social media, store web applications, and clienteling.
• Lead a well-organized business with a balance of structure, delegation, and customer-first selling practices.
• Monitor shrink/loss prevention, payroll, scheduling, and external factors affecting business.
• Communicate with retail leadership and HQ about trends and customer feedback.
• Analyze sales reports and data to inform strategies for meeting sales targets.
• Manage store operations, adapt to new technologies, communicate policies, and control supply spending.
• Merchandise the store effectively and launch promotions on time.
• Mentor and recognize staff to build a talented, passionate team.

What You'll Need

• 1-2 years of retail management experience, with skills in communication, recruiting, and operations.
• Be at least 18 years old.
• A high school diploma or GED; a degree is a plus.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-changing retail environment.
• Open-mindedness regarding pop culture trends and fandoms.
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds.
