Job summary

Jobtailor in Milwaukee, WI is seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead daily operations, coach a diverse team, and drive sales performance across a multi‑million‑dollar budget.

You will oversee Assistant Managers, Supervisors and Store Associates, partner with merchandising and operations to coordinate promotions, scheduling, and payroll, and act as Manager on Duty to set the standard. This role requires flexibility and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Retail Management experience in a Big Box or Specialty environment.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule; including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 lbs.
• Experience utilizing scheduling and reporting computer software.
• Travel may be required from time to time.
