Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Northeast Texas is seeking a capable Retail Store Manager to lead our store team, drive sales, and uphold exceptional customer service. You will oversee daily operations, merchandising, scheduling, and staff development to deliver strong results.

The successful candidate will have proven retail leadership, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to manage budgets and inventories while fostering an inclusive, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License required.
• Proven experience as Retail Store Manager or similar.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to meet sales targets and manage a budget.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and retail management software.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our team and ensure the efficient operation of our retail store. The Retail Store Manager will be responsible for achieving sales goals, maintaining high standards of customer service, and managing store operations and staff.
