L'Occitane is seeking a Store Manager for The Shops at Chestnut Hill. You will lead a vibrant team and curate a guest-centric, immersive shopping experience that aligns with our brand of natural beauty.

As host and coach, you’ll foster a welcoming environment, address guest needs, and drive sales through exceptional service, product knowledge, and teamwork. This role emphasizes hospitality, leadership, and hands-on store excellence.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisor experience in retail or hospitality management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial attitude with background in a sales-driven environment.
• Mindset focused on customer satisfaction (internal and external customers).
• Knowledge of skincare, body care and fragrance is beneficial.
• Experience with clienteling advantageous.
• Basic technology skills.

The salary range for this position is $30.82 to $35.44 per hour (depending on skills and experience).
