Job summary

NAPA Auto Parts in Ohio is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a high-energy retail team, drive growth and profitability, and deliver exceptional customer care. The ideal candidate will own P&L, develop business plans, and guide staff to achieve checkered-flag levels of performance while maintaining store safety and appearance in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to operate a cash register and navigate computer and paper catalog systems.

• Technical or Trade school courses or degree.
• Background and/or passion for automotive, heavy equipment, farm, diesel, marine or dealership.
