Responsibilities

• Drive store sales growth, promotional sales, customer service survey/results, and fuel break-even
• Manage store operating costs to stay at or below plan
• Ensure the store is fully staffed with succession plans, train team members to be proficient, follow training guidelines, and demonstrate core principles and competencies
• Maintain compliance with fuel and merchandising programs
• Support company initiatives and implement changes effectively
• Report and handle all safety incidents according to company guidelines

Minimum Requirements

• Must be 18+ years old (19 in Indiana, 20 in Kentucky, 21 in Illinois, Arkansas, Kansas, and Alabama)
• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree OR 1 year of continuous Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager experience
• Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
• Perform other duties as assigned
