Store Manager - Las Vegas

We are seeking a role model for the team members to provide leadership and set high standards, inspiring team members to enjoy coming to work.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure client satisfaction through team efforts;
• Maintain high standards of client service, brand knowledge, and product knowledge among team members;
• Focus on excellent performance and results, based on clear KPIs;
• Create an enjoyable work environment that promotes passion, focus, and discipline;
• Manage the recruitment process effectively in-store;
• Oversee stocktaking, ensuring stock coordinators are organized and procedures follow the brand’s policies;
• Check and ensure completion of timesheets;
• Maintain merchandising, window displays, and team presentation according to brand standards.

Requirements and Skills

• Profound leadership experience in Las Vegas, with knowledge of local customer habits and area specifics;
• Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail;
• Passion for luxury fashion retail;
• Strong communication skills for positive interaction with team and clients;
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
