Job summary

Batteries Plus in Colorado’s Lakewood region is looking for a Store Manager to lead daily operations, coach a team, and drive retail sales while ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth store execution.

You will manage opening/closing, merchandising, and inventory; monitor KPIs and support technical services such as battery testing, installations, and device repair. The role requires a high school diploma and 3+ years in retail management, with flexibility for weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or retail management preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of retail management and supervisory experience.
• Experience in commercial sales is desirable.
• Strong leadership, communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to coach, resolve conflicts and solve problems.
• Technical aptitude for light repair, battery testing and installation.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business or retail management preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of retail management and supervisory experience.
• Experience in commercial sales is desirable.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service abilities.
• Ability to coach, resolve conflicts, and problem-solve effectively.

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
