Uncle Giuseppe’s Marketplace in King of Prussia, PA is expanding its leadership team and seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee all operations, drive revenue, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The role will require travel to Long Island stores for training, with a dedicated shuttle from our Tinton Falls, NJ location for your shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop store staff to achieve departmental and company goals. Act as a role model, coach, trainer, and performance evaluator to ensure a high-performing, motivated team.
• Engage directly with customers, providing product knowledge and exceptional service while ensuring the store delivers a welcoming, high-quality shopping experience.
• Oversee day-to-day store operations, including merchandising, staffing, workflow, and store standards. Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety procedures, and health regulations.
• Own the store P&L, ensuring profitability through effective management of revenue, expenses, labor, and operating costs.
• Drive revenue growth by developing and executing sales strategies, promotional initiatives, and customer engagement plans.
• Manage shrink and waste, implementing strategies to minimize product loss while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Inventory & Supply Chain Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels to support sales and reduce excess stock.
• Oversee ordering, deliveries, and replenishment to ensure product availability.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain accuracy and accountability.
• Merchandising & Visual Standards: Ensure attractive product displays, proper signage, and strategic store layouts to maximize sales and enhance the customer experience.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure store compliance with health department, weights and measures, food safety, and safety regulations. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment for employees and customers.
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Analyze key metrics, including sales, labor, shrink, and inventory performance, and implement action plans to achieve business objectives.
• Other Duties: Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support overall store and corporate initiatives.

This position will require travel to our Long Island Stores occasionally, with the main training store as Tinton Falls, NJ. A company shuttle will be provided for travel to and from our Tinton Falls store for your shift - as part of your workday.

We are expanding our store locations and our leadership team and seeking experienced, strategic Store Manager for our up and coming King of Prussia, PA store. This dynamic leader will oversee all store operations, drive revenue and profitability and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

In this role, you will collaborate with corporate leadership and fellow store managers to implement initiatives that strengthen operational excellence and business performance across the organization. This position will initially serve as a Bench Store Manager role, preparing you for placement in a new or existing store here on Long Island.

Key Responsibilities
