Position Overview:

As a Store Manager, you will:

• Create a positive experience and culture daily for employees
• Hire, train, and manage an efficient, ambitious team
• Model and train staff in excellent customer service
• Ensure efficient store operations, customer satisfaction, and profitability
• Provide accurate reports, manage schedules, and track inventory
• Maintain safety standards and health regulations
• Inspect the store and equipment for cleanliness and safety
• Monitor inventory and deliveries for accuracy
• Manage cash procedures and reconcile bank deposits
• Engage with the community through local marketing activities
• Ensure every guest has an exceptional pizza experience

What You Bring To The Table

• 2-5 years supervisory experience in a quick-service restaurant
• ServSafe certification
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Computer skills (MS Office, POS systems)
• Financial understanding of store operations
• Ability to meet deadlines and assist team members
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 pounds
