Managers In Training will learn to manage daily store operations alongside experienced leaders, working various shifts, and supporting the Store Manager and team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Training includes working with Training Managers and Supervising Managers, gaining insight into our company, vendors, and guest service standards. Post-training, Managers In Training join our bench leadership team, filling in during absences until assigned their own store.
