Training & Responsibilities

Managers In Training will learn to manage daily store operations alongside experienced leaders, working various shifts, and supporting the Store Manager and team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Training includes working with Training Managers and Supervising Managers, gaining insight into our company, vendors, and guest service standards. Post-training, Managers In Training join our bench leadership team, filling in during absences until assigned their own store.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing excellent customer service and greeting guests warmly
  • Assisting with team development: training, scheduling, coaching
  • Monitoring product levels and maintaining stock
  • Overseeing quality control, merchandising, and food safety
  • Maintaining store cleanliness and appearance
  • Operating cash registers efficiently
  • Supporting food service operations where applicable
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Minimum 1 year retail or food service experience
  • Leadership experience preferred
  • ServSafe/Food Safety certification a plus
