Freeway Auto Insurance in Highlands, TX is hiring a Store Manager to lead the sales team, expand business, and mentor others to achieve substantial financial rewards. This role requires driving daily performance and building customer relationships while maintaining high standards of customer care.

The Perfect Match includes a College degree or equivalent, leadership experience, and strong communication skills. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred, and a fiduciary ethic is essential.

• Lead the sales team’s daily performance and/or targets

• Oversee the sales team to achieve operational targets and monitoring performance
• Assist with any escalated customer service issues and/or questions that may arise
• Executes all aspects of Store Operational Excellence (SOE)

Pay Range:

$18 - $22 / hour

The Perfect Match:

• Previous experience leading, coaching, and mentoring sales teams
• Understanding of fiduciary duty and maintaining high levels of integrity and ethics
• Ability to build relationships with sales customers
