Job summary

The Store Manager at Freeway Insurance Services America, LLC leads our sales team, drives growth, and mentors staff to achieve high performance. The role emphasizes inbound sales—no cold calling—and strong customer service while ensuring operational excellence across the store.

Candidates with a 2/4-year degree or equivalent experience, leadership capabilities, and bilingual English/Spanish communication will be preferred. Base compensation includes uncapped commissions and incentives.

Qualifications

• 2- or 4-year college degree or equivalent experience/education.
• Previous experience leading, coaching, and mentoring sales teams.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales team’s daily performance and targets.
• Expand business by building relationships with existing customers to meet production goals.
• Coach sales team to deliver high standards of customer care.
• Oversee sales team to achieve targets and monitor performance.
• Assist with escalated customer service issues and questions.
• Execute all aspects of Store Operational Excellence (SOE).

• Lead the sales team’s daily performance and/or targets

• Assists with any escalated customer service issues and/or questions that may arise
• Executes all aspects of Store Operational Excellence (SOE)

The Perfect Match

• Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license preferred (but not required)
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• 2 or 4 year college degree or equivalent of experience/education
• Previous experience leading, coaching, and mentoring sales teams
• Understanding of fiduciary duty and maintaining high levels of integrity and ethics
• Ability to build relationships with sales customers
