Catalyst Brands is seeking a Store Manager in Fair Oaks, Virginia to lead a high-performing team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will hire, train, and coach associates, oversee store operations, and drive sales to meet profitability goals while upholding brand standards.

You will analyze performance data, schedule staff effectively, manage costs, and motivate your team to deliver results daily.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a Store Manager in similar volume, apparel business (preferred).
• Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business (including evenings and weekends).
• May require occasional travel to other store locations and attend district meetings.

The Store Manager reports to the District Sales Manager.

As the Store Manager you will:

• Perform POS transactions on designated shifts and execute management functions in the absence of Assistant Manager.

Pay Range

USD $67,200.00 - USD $84,000.00 /Yr.
