Job summary

Hotshots Sports Bar & Grill is hiring an experienced, people-first Manager to lead the front-of-house team and daily shift execution with confidence and consistency.

You will inspire and coach your crew to deliver unforgettable guest experiences, while maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, and safety. A hands-on leader who can hire, train, and mentor staff will thrive here.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant/bar management experience (sports bar, casual dining, or fast-paced concepts preferred).
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate, manage, and hold a team accountable.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• A hands-on approach and willingness to lead by example.
• Enthusiasm for sports, food, fun, and fast-paced service.
