Job summary

NAPA Auto Parts in Daytona Beach, FL is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead and grow a high-impact team in a busy auto parts environment. You will own the P&L, develop business plans, and drive revenue while delivering exceptional customer service and store performance.

Lead a crew, manage inventory, and implement processes to improve efficiency and safety, with a focus on results and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Passion for delivering customer care and building long term relationships.
• Knowledge of inventory controls, stocking levels and seasonal shifts is a plus.
• Personal drive, self-motivation and initiative to accomplish business goals.
• Customer focus and high energy in fast-paced stores.
• Ability to operate a cash register and navigating computer and catalog systems.
• Experience in a parts store or related retail management is a plus.
• ASE certifications are a bonus.
