A bachelor's degree is required, (all majors will be considered), and you must have a willingness to locate to wherever the management position is.

Objective:

To train to become a future store manager while learning our companies processes and functioning as a management trainee in one of our stores. You will learn all aspects of what it takes to successfully manage a company store location.

● Learn how to foster customer relationships that promote greater sales

● Plan and organize a large supply warehouse

● Prepare accurate and timely daily paperwork

● Hire, train, and motivate store employees

Qualifications:

● Have a positive attitude, be customer-focused and be willing to work

● Prior management experience helpful with retail management preferred

● Ability to relocate. Training will take place in a Certifit store and usually lasts between 6 months to 1 year. When you leave training to become a store manager, relocation will be required and your store location will be based on company needs. Relocation assistance will be provided.

● Ability to effectively communicate with customers, employees, and company leaders.

● A focus on growth and ability to identify areas for improvement.

● Starting at $100,000 with opportunities for monthly bonuses

● Work/Life Balance – Our stores are open Monday to Friday. Very little weekend work in required.
