Job summary

Diamonds Direct in Dallas is seeking an energetic, self-starting Jewelry Store Manager to lead daily operations and drive sales.

You will recruit and develop sales professionals, manage schedules, monitor inventory, and collaborate with the GM & VP to set store goals while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum three years related experience and/or training.
• Jewelry store management experience preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Leadership: Represent Diamonds Direct at designated functions and marketing opportunities.
• Management: Create and manage employee schedules; train and develop sales professionals.
• Customer Management: Develop and maintain relationships with key customers; deliver exemplary service.
• Performance: Set monthly and annual store goals with GM & VP; model effective sales techniques.
• Operations: Ensure inventory control and best practices; resolve issues on the sales floor.
