Job summary

Store Space Self Storage is seeking a Store Manager to lead operations in Columbus, GA. You will drive rentals, manage facilities, and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience (retail, hospitality, or front desk).
• 1+ years of customer-centered sales and collections (cold calling) experience.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new applications.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Able to walk/sit/stand for extended periods.
• Able to operate POS and other typical office machines.
• Ability to travel between multiple locations.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Increase sales by converting opportunities to rentals and upselling.
• Facility management: maintain clean bathrooms, hallways, lobby, and exteriors.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries.
• Handle cash, deposits, and daily reporting.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Increasing sales by converting opportunities to rentals and upselling.
• Facility management: clean bathrooms, hallways, lobby, etc.
• Providing excellent customer service and responding to inquiries.
• Cash handling, reporting, and daily deposits.
• Maintaining company standards and adhering to policies.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A STORE MANAGER
