La-Z-Boy Southeast in Charlotte, NC seeks a proven sales leader to manage a gallery team in a fast-paced environment. You will lead sales staff, interior designer, and support staff to exceed goals and drive design and sales strategies, including the In-Home Design Program.

This role emphasizes leadership, client service, and adherence to company policies, with compensation ranging from $65,000 base to $120,000 total with performance bonuses. Bachelor's degree or related experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Associate’s degree with 7+ years of relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree.
• Alternatively, candidates with 10+ years of progressive sales management experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Total annual compensation ranges from $65,000 to $120,000, consisting of a $65,000 base salary plus performance-based bonuses.
