Dollar Tree, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager in Training in Boardman, Ohio. This role focuses on on‑the‑job training to manage store operations, merchandising, and customer experience while upholding company policies and driving profitability.

You will recruit and train associates, oversee daily operations, ensure legal compliance, and implement directives from corporate headquarters. The position emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and delivering high standards of service in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years prior retail management experience is preferred.
• Experience with hardlines or variety merchandise; BIG BOX experience a plus is preferred.
• Strong productivity management in freight processing is required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment is required.
• Must be able to lift up between 30 to 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation is required.
