Overview

Panda Express is searching for experienced leaders to join our store management team. Panda is 100% committed to the professional and personal development of our family of associates. You are in charge of the operation of a single store. This includes, but is not limited to, hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences. It\'s up to you to make your store a success.

In order to prepare you for success, we will provide an 8 or more weeks of store leadership training program.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing, and directing associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Lead and develop store team members to support business objectives.
  • Ensure adherence to company standards, policies, and procedures to drive store success.
Training and Development

8 or more weeks of store leadership training is provided to prepare you for success. Ongoing career and leadership development with comprehensive training and education assistance.

While performing duties, counter areas are often hot with steam from steam table and food vapors. Workspace is restricted and employees are generally expected to remain standing for long periods of time. Employees must prepare hot and cold foods, use kitchen equipment, and work quickly without losing accuracy. Employees must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to four hours, and reach across counters. Kitchens are hot with high noise levels. Employees must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively, adapt to changing priorities, and manage conflicts/difficult situations.
