As a Store Manager, you’ll foster an inclusive team environment and lead your team to achieve store objectives, including sales, profit goals, recruiting, performance management, training, and development.

What You’ll Do:
  1. Ensure your store meets company objectives and KPI goals.
  2. Lead operations by balancing policies, procedures, shrink/loss prevention, payroll, reporting, and scheduling.
  3. Recruit, develop, and train top talent focused on sales, customer service, and fashion.
  4. Set an example for The Torrid Connection and ensure the team provides positive customer experiences that foster loyalty.
  5. Implement merchandise strategies and maintain a clean, inviting store environment.
  6. Maintain open communication with District Manager and HQ partners.
What You’ll Need:
  1. 1-2 years of retail management experience with proven team leadership success.
  2. High School diploma, GED, or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
  3. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while creating an excellent customer experience.
  4. Flexibility and adaptability to changing environments, challenges, and schedules.
  5. Fashion-focused with knowledge of current trends.
Physical Requirements (with or without accommodations):
  • Stand and walk during scheduled hours.
  • Pack/unpack shipments, move fixtures, and handle packages up to 50 lbs.
  • Use ladders, step stools, and merchandise retrieving tools.
