Job summary

One Outsourcing in Auburn, IN is seeking a Retail Sales Manager to lead a Sales Advocate team, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive daily store performance.

You will recruit, train, and coach staff, manage in-store operations, and collaborate with district leadership to plan marketing activities and optimize inventory, pricing, and promotions.

Qualifications

• 6 - 12 months proven work experience in a retail management.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Proficiency in English, bilingual is a plus!
• Basic Math skills.
• Familiarity with standard retail operational and inventory practices (we coach and train the GMET way!).
• Track record of over-achieving sales quota, and leading teams to achieve the same consistent results.
• Hands-on experience with POS transactions.
• Accountability to monitoring and responding to group chat communication (WhatsApp).
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
• A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus.
• Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities
