This role requires participation in a 5-week training program and at least one year of supervisory experience. Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to stand, bend, and walk for long periods.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Complete a required 5-week manager training course with performance metrics.
• Interview, hire, and develop employees.
• Create a positive environment for employees and customers.
• Analyze daily sales and maximize sales opportunities.
• Control expenses related to labor, inventory, and maintenance.
