FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager Trainee for our Cash America Pawn stores. This role leads day-to-day operations with a Store Manager, developing staff, recruiting top talent, and driving store profitability.

You will analyze financials, participate in asset protection, and contribute to customer satisfaction. The position includes earning potential from hourly pay plus commission based on productivity and store performance.

Qualificações

• Requires minimum six months of Store Manager/Management experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Lead store operations under Store Manager guidance to maintain a customer-centric environment.
• Assist in training Pawnbrokers to meet FirstCash standards.
• Recruit top talent through company-prescribed channels.
• Open and close the store, manage cash drawers and assets.
• Protect assets through inventory control and safekeeping procedures.
• Manage inventory, loans, merchandising, and store-level reporting.
