Qualifications

• 1–3 years of related work experience; at least 1 year in supervision.
• Ability to lift 25+ lbs and stand long periods.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Willing to travel between stores for training.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Undergo 6–8 months of training with evaluations.
• After training, supervise department SOP, planning, and ordering.
• Collaborate with store management on promotions and targets.
• Maintain displays, ensure freshness, keep shelves stocked.
• Manage inventory movements and vendor relations.
• Prepare staff schedules and oversee attendance.
• Support Human Capital Management activities.
