Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. seeks a Store Management Trainee with at least six months of store management experience.

You will support day-to-day store operations, lead teams alongside the Store Manager, and help recruit and retain talent while pursuing profitability targets. You will be involved in asset protection, customer relations, and performance coaching, with an emphasis on a customer-centric environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of six months Store Management experience preferred.
• Willing and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate a customer-centric environment by engaging customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Monitor and assist in the training of Pawnbrokers to meet FirstCash standards.
• Recruit top talent by sourcing candidates through prescribed channels.
• Open and close the store, count cash drawers and merchandise, protect assets.
• Manage asset protection through inventory control and security procedures.
• Administer store processes, including inventory, loans, merchandising, and reporting.
• Analyze store financials and drive profitability through goal setting.
• Ensure operating standards meet FirstCash standards.
• Monitor loan qualifications and buying processes for value and integrity.
• Communicate clearly with staff to align with store mission and objectives.
• Remain up-to-date on product knowledge and policies.
• Act as manager on duty when Store Manager is absent.
