Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Stand/walk 6-8 hours in an 8-hour shift.
• Work in wet and cold environments.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to use tools and equipment such as box cutters and electric pallet jacks.

Responsibilities

• Provides maintenance service and performs daily/weekly maintenance tasks.
• Supports teams with cleaning projects and maintains store appearance.
• Performs minor repairs and improvements as needed.
• Manages ordering of maintenance supplies for the store.
• Reports safety hazards and violations promptly.
• Maintains store landscaping and parking lot areas.
• Ensures cleanliness across all store departments.
• Arrives on time, groomed and ready; attends trainings and meetings.
• Performs other duties as assigned by leadership.
